Quality Procedures

Raw Material Inspection
Every batch of clay, feldspar and quartz is tested for purity and particle consistency before it enters the line.

Precision Molding
High-pressure casting holds tight tolerances so trapways, rims and fixing points align perfectly.

Drying & Firing
Controlled drying followed by a 1,200°C tunnel kiln cycle gives the body its density and strength.

Glazing & Finishing
Robotic glaze application builds an even, non-porous, anti-bacterial surface in gloss and matte finishes.

Final Quality Check
Water, load and dimensional checks on every piece — only fully passed units are packed and dispatched.
Manufacturing Facility
Our production unit runs automated casting benches, a continuous tunnel kiln and an in-house testing lab. Capacity stands at 3,00,000 pieces a year, with every line supervised by ceramic engineers.
